The Challenge
Each property managed rates independently, leading to duplicate work, version drift, and slow updates across multiple websites. Sales and Reservations teams lacked a single, reliable source for seasonal pricing, packages, and promotions. Availability checks depended on separate booking engines, creating friction for internal teams and booking agents.

We built a single-source-of-truth Web App and connected it to every property site:
- Rates Command Centre: A secure, multi-user console where Sales and Reservations can add, edit, and delete rates for any destination in real time—supporting seasons, room types, add-ons, and promotions.
- Role-Based Access & Audit Trails: Fine-grained permissions (property, brand, or corporate level) with full history of changes and approvals.
- Instant Website Sync: Headless endpoints and webhooks push updates to each WordPress site, eliminating manual edits and ensuring consistency everywhere.
- Effective-Date Versioning: Schedule future rate changes, preview before publishing, and roll back if needed.
- Virtual Availability Layer: Live availability surfaced by integrating ResRequest and other booking engines, presented in a unified grid for Reservations and booking agents.
